Step 1

To begin, switch on the Macard Wifi Extender using the flick button. Place the device in the proximity of your router.

Press the reset button for 20 seconds to activate the extender. It will take 30-40 seconds to reboot.

For PC with Wi-Fi settings: turn ON Wi-Fi and look for the network name, “Wi-Fi Extender” and connect to this network.

In case the PC is not WiFi compatible; use an ethernet cable to connect PC with the extender.

Open a web browser, & search for “go.macard.online”.

After loading the webpage “go.macard.Online”. A dashboard will welcome you; wherein you fill the credentials and tap login. (Note: If you don’t have an account or are a new user, first create an account.)

Select the current router's network name that you wish to extend and wait for 30 seconds."Also, an alert appears on the phone display" so please do not shut the pop-up window.

Now, change the network name (SSID) & password in Wi-Fi settings and tap “Save”.

The device will reboot automatically after Macard Extender Setup configuration is completed. Place the extender in-between the WiFi router and the poor network area.

The default name of the Macard extender setup is your Wi-Fi name- Plus (like HOME Wi-Fi-Plus). And, the password for extender and router are same.

  • Check for the proper connectivity of the device with the extender.
  • If required you can reset the extender by pressing the reset button for 15-20 minutes.

Open a web browser and go to go. macard. online and tap login.

Once the setup is done, place the extender between the Wifi router and the area experiencing weak signals to increase the network coverage area.

Yes, it is absolutely up to you. You can customize the SSID and password by going to Wifi settings and selecting your network’s name. Don’t forget to click on “SAVE” button.

If your Macard extender isn’t working properly, ensure that it’s placed in the optimal location between your router and the area with weak signal strength. If issues persist, check if all steps were followed correctly during setup.
