How to Set Up Your Macard WiFi Extender Correctly?

There are two methods that you can use to setup your Macard WiFi Extender correctly: WPS and Manual. Let’s learn both of them.

Macard Extender Setup via WPS

• Plug the extender device into a working wall socket near your router.
• Push WPS button on the WiFi Extender.

The WPS LED will start blinking; indicating extender is searching for pairing connection.

• Press WPS button on the router to make the connection.

Wait for WPS/WiFi LED to stop blinking and turn solid, indicating that the connection has been established.

After that you can plug it out and place in between you router and poor network zones of the house. But it should be within the reach of the router.

Setup Macard WiFi Extender Manually

• Plug extender in power outlet in the range of the WiFi router.
• Connect computer to the Extender’s WiFi network via SSID credentials.
• Open browser and search for IP address 192.168.10.1 or URL address gomacard.online.
• A login page will open, enter the login password to access the interface.

The login default password is: admin.

• By clicking LOGIN button, you will get into the dashboard interface. Select the Host WiFi router network.
• Enter the security keys and connect with the router. Then type the new WiFi name and password to create the extended network.
• Click SAVE to apply the settings.

Following either of the methods, you can successfully install Macard WiFi Extender.
